We’re a small business dedicated to creating high-quality, made-to-order products just for you. Since each item is custom-made, we generally don’t accept returns. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise, and we’re happy to assist in special cases. Please read below to learn more about our return policy for merchandise. Wrong Address:

If the courier finds the address provided incomplete, the shipment may be returned to us. In that case, we’ll reach out to confirm an updated address with you and kindly ask that you cover the re-shipping costs. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Lost in Transit:

If your package gets lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is on our end, please message us and we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you. Thank you for your patience.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

If you notice any misprints, damages, or defects with your items, please message us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the issue is on our end, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you. We're here to help and appreciate your understanding.

Size Exchanges:

Before purchasing any apparel, please check the sizing chart to help you choose the perfect fit and avoid any disappointment when your order arrives. Because each item is made to order, requesting a size exchange would mean creating a brand new product. Unfortunately, our return policy doesn’t cover items ordered in the wrong size. We appreciate your understanding.
